Beauty Tips to Stop Having Oily Skin

It could seem an insignificant reason or you might even think that it is absurd and exaggerated that someone commits suicide for only a few bars, but the reality is that in Mexico it is estimated that one of the main causes of suicide or attempted suicide, among young people of 16 At 22, it's acne. In addition, this dermatological problem is causing bullying and, therefore, low self-esteem in the victims. Therefore, as a trigger for severe depression, the most common and annoying skin condition has turned on alerts worldwide. An important factor that aggravates acne is stress. When it occurs, cortisol levels increase; This is a hormone that sits in the sebaceous glands and causes more fat to be produced. In the same way, stress causes the sweat glands to “activate” and the secretaries to become exacerbated in the face. Later, that fat will turn into pimples and pimples that hurt, hurt the skin and go against what most consider aesthetic.

In these cases, the intervention of a psychologist is necessary to deal comprehensively with the problem, since it is not only a physical issue that a dermatologist should be responsible for, but also an emotional one. Having acne involves many conflicts with self-esteem, safety, self-acceptance, bullying and other situations which consequences are serious and, in some cases, extreme, such as suicide.

But not all is lost; Fortunately, there are some beauty tricks to avoid acne and its consequences. These are simple to follow and besides making you look better, they will give health and cleanliness to your skin, which translates into a person who looks good and, therefore, feels good.

Hydrate your skin
We might think that having a greasy complexion is not convenient for a moisturizer, but that is a serious mistake. We must keep the pores hydrated with a special cream for your skin type and without artificial or extra fat. The free oil creams are the ideal ones, since in addition to hydrating, they refresh.

Use sunscreen
This product will not only prevent grease from becoming present, but it will also avoid stains and delay the aging of the skin. The sun tends to “take advantage” of oily skin to leave its mark when burned too much.

Exfoliate your skin
There are natural products that do not irritate the dermis; In the same way, there are chemical products that help to keep the pores closed and with the proper humidification. Exfoliate the face helps to remove impurities and dirt residues that accumulate; It is advisable to do it at least once and maximum three a week.

Use makeup oil free
In fact, if you can go through life without a foundation, much better, but if you choose to use it, it is best that you look for a specific oil-free product for oily skin. These visibly controls the production of facial fat and contains a matte effect much of the day. If during the day you notice that the grease appears, do not retouch with more makeup; With a handkerchief, gently remove the shine or use translucent powders to tint and seal the makeup.

Drink water
Try to keep your body hydrated. Do not stop drinking water throughout the day, because when the body has enough fluid, the fat that the skin produces secretes a natural glow, not an excess of it.

Wash your face with neutral soap
Do not use the same soap with which you wash your body. Buy a special one for acne and shine or choose any neutral bar; These are free of oil, perfumes and dyes, which irritate and cause grease and shine to appear. Dry with a special towel.

Change the pillowcases
Do it at least every week and try to make them cotton. You will prevent the bacteria from staying in one place for a long time and reproducing. You will give a break to the face and you will avoid acne.

Do not touch your face all day
Avoid, as far as possible, touching your face. If you are going to do it, try to wash your hands before. Sometimes it is very easy to remove the excess fat with your palms or fingers, but doing it that way will only cause the bacteria to spread on your face.

In the youngest, the appearance of pimples is the cause of important self-esteem problems; furthermore, the levels of depression in Mexican society are higher than at other times. Fortunately, just follow these tips and try to take a balanced diet without so many fats to avoid acne. Of course, we must understand that the facial shine is normal, but to make it less obvious the key is to maintain a healthy skin, clean and free of bacteria.

Start Prepping for Summer Skin with Laser Hair Removal

As summer approaches, people all around the world prepare for warmer weather, and the possibility of wearing summer clothes. In the summer months, many women choose clothing that allows their skin to breathe more easily, and is lighter and more airy than the clothing that they wear in winter. Summer clothing also presents more skin, meaning that beauty routines can become more complicated.

In general, women prefer to expose smooth, hairless skin when they are wearing summer clothes like skirts, shorts or vest tops. This includes removing the hair on their legs, and under their arms. In most cases, this type of hair will grow back reliably quickly, meaning that hair removal must become a common part of women's beauty routines. Although there are a range of different home treatments available (shaving, home waxing, epilating etc), these treatments will have to be performed every few weeks at a minimum, if not as frequently as every few days. As well as being time consuming, home treatments can be damaging for your skin, partly down to the frequency with which they must be done. However, if you are tired of having to spend time on this regular beauty chore, there are other solutions which may be available to you. One hair removal solution that is a popular choice for celebrity women is laser hair removal.

Laser hair removal is a permanent way of removing hair from any specified area of your body where you no longer want hair to grow, meaning that you will not be left having to regularly wax or shave. Although you will have to attend a few laser treatment sessions in order to achieve the results that you want to achieve, in the long run, this treatment will save you time and effort during your daily beauty period.

As part of the treatment, your hair follicles will be targeted by special lasers, which essentially kill the follicles, preventing hair regrowth. Whilst the treatment is not typically painful, many people find the sensation very slowly at first. However, most people say that the treatment is well worth it, as they soon get used to the sensation that they are feeling. This kind of treatment should always be administrated by a skincare professional if you want to achieve the best results possible. Whilst you are still undergoing treatment, your skin may need to be kept out of direct sunlight, but once your skin has had chance to recover, you will be able to enjoy the sunscreen with soft, hairless skin.

It selectively damages the dark matter and has very little effect on the tissue around it. This has a direct impact on the follicles where the hair grow.

It will generally require a person to undergo several treatments to get the job done. The usual length of one laser hair removal session is about 30 minutes. Men generally tend to use it for reducing the thickness of the hair on their back and chest rather than removing them altogether in most cases. The claim is that such lasers do not melt the fat under the skin, but work by breaking up the cellulite bands under the skin and stimulate collagen production. Some who have gone to the extent of trying these laser treatments or even liposuction to get quick results have been very disappointed with the results and found it to be very expensive.

Even though the use of advanced technology is showing progress, some of the better options found today are massage and spa treatments such as lipomassage, which includes the use of a machine using suction and a hand piece found persons who tried these techniques describe them as, “as effective as simple”. Two Glamorous Looks For Traditional and Western Dresses

The weekend is coming closer! And I'm sure most of you are planning to go party hopping! Who does not like attending parties eh! Okay enough of the exclamation marks. Time to get straight to business. Today I'm going to share with you two of my favorite makeup looks for both traditional and western outfits. When you have to attend so many parties back-to-back, you tend to worry about looking the same in all of them. Nope. That will not do. So why not try these two super easy looks this weekend? Once you ace your base makeup routine, achieving these beautiful party makeup looks is just a few steps away! So here we go! Sorry about the exclamation marks again.

Makeup for western dresses (gowns):

If you're headed to a fancy restaurant, a cocktail party or your BFFs pre-wedding bash, you may want to wear elaborate dresses or bright flowy gowns. So here's a look you could try.

Step 1: Step one is always getting the base right. This tutorial will help you out:

Important tip: Now that you've filled your base makeup, it's time to proceed with the finer nuances. Since you're going to wear a red dress, bear in mind that you need to stay away from bright colors. Choose a palette in nude or neutral shades. Always do your eye makeup before your cheeps or lips as you can tone them down or lift them up later. But if your eye makeup has gone wrong, it's Dooms Day.

Step 2: So let's begin with the eyes! Apply some concealer on your eyelid so that the eye shadow places put. This look is going to be neutral so a brown smokey eye is perfect for it! Start with a dark brown eye shadow and using an eye shadow brush, apply it close to your lash line first and then spread the rest of it on your entire eyelid just till the crease.

Step 3: You may notice some harsh edges on your eyelid after step two but do not worry about them as you'll be smudging them off in this step. Pick a lighter brown eye shadow on your brush and gently apply it in your crease smudging out the harsh bridges as you go. Notice how your eye immediately looks softened?

Step 4: This would be the last step that you need to do for a smokey eye (apart from the liner and mascara of course!). Before you begin adding the finishing touches to your smokey eye, use a fluffy blending brush and blend your eye shadows well. Then finally, pick up a nude shade that is very close to your skin tone and work your way into the crease and above it. Buff out any harsh lines and soften your smokey eye all over.

Step 5: Now for the fun element! Just because it's festive season, a little bit of glitter will not hurt anyone right? To amp-up the glam quotient of this makeup look, apply some brown glitter only on the center of your eye lids and you're done! Finish your eye makeup with a dash of mascara and your favorite eye liner. Here's another great tutorial for eyeliner.

Step 6: Eyes are done! Now's the time for the rest of your face; and you do not really need to do much. The same rule applies to the cheeks and lips as well. Neutral is better that pigments. So opt for your natural blush that you like to wear every day. Swipe on your favorite nude lipstick that compliments your skin well. Voila!

Makeup for Indian dresses or saris:

Not all of us have the bomb figure to carry a gown or a mini dress; but we Indians sure as hell have the killer looks that you need to wear a sari. The Indian pear-shaped figure looks beautiful in a sari or an Anarkali dress; but wearing it without makeup just does not cut it. So why not try this look

Step 1: Indians have a warm skin tone that's such a blessing because we can easily wear most of the colors on our faces and look like divas every single day. Thank God for that olive skin! Repeat the first step mentioned above.

Step 2: Moving on to the eyes, apply concealer around your eyes and use a base eye shadow in the lightest pigmented color that you have. A very light champagne pink color has been used in this tutorial, but you can use whatever color you have; just make sure you stick to the same family. Simply apply it all over your lid, except for the crease and above.

Step 3: Highlight your brow bone to lift up your eyes. Then apply a second eye shadow in a brick red-meets-brown shade over the first one, sticking close to the inner corner of your eye. Then go over the same with another bright shade (purple has been used here) to balance it out with the first color that you applied.

Step 4: Fill in the rest of the eyelid (center and outer corner) with a mocha brown eye shadow. And then use a softer brown eye shadow in the crease as a transition color. Finish with eye liner and loads and loads of mascara!

Step 5: Since the eyes are so colorful, the lips will again be neutral. Choose a lipstick that matches your natural lip color and apply a generous amount, before blotting it with tissue so that it sets. You can apply a bronze to your shoulders and under the jaw line, but that's optional. So there you are the most beautiful Indian makeup look you have ever seen!
